Watching humming birds from my outside swing today while the kids play in the pool.

Yoga

Tanner is doing yoga in the park after going for a run with his track team. This is the best picture I could get off him without getting out of my car and embarrassing him. I was quite impressed.

Craft activity

We did an art activity today using glue, salt, and water colors. Teo really liked it. I was hoping for a bit more.

First, you're supposed to cover your paper with a glue design. Then cover all the glue with salt. Once you've done that, shake off the extra glue. Last, you use water colors to put color on the design. The water colors are supposed to spread down the glue line. I think it should have spread more, but only I know that. 

Teo had a great time and Lola happily painted in her own way.
